With Jean-Claude Brizard out of town celebrating his marriage, his leadership team will begin investigating how thousands of Rochester middle school students became fortunate enough to have been able to prepare for June social studies exams with the exact questions that appeared on those tests.
As the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle first reported, RCSD's director of social studies produced review materials for students that included the dozens of multiple choice questions and their answers.
