Responsible (NY) Choice?

Tom Golisano is considering whether or not to file a lawsuit against Warren Buffett.

Legal action is one choice the founder of Responsible New York will size up in response to a Buffalo News article that quoted a Sam Hoyt campaign worker who believes he can make a case RNY committed felony crimes by coordinating its efforts with those of political campaigns, including the campaign of Hoyt's unsuccessful challenger in his district's Democratic primary, Barbara Kavanaugh.

“They keep using the word felony and indictment in my name," Golisano said in Rochester Friday.

The claims, by Hoyt campaign worker Jeremy Toth, led to an article in The Buffalo News in which Toth said he would seek an investigation into Responsible New York.

“No one has brought forth one iota, one shred of information that would indicate that this is happening. It's purely a political thing that has come out of the Buffalo world. We think that is bad and we're going to do something about it," said Golisano.
