That's Debateable

You'll get a chance to see and hear the candidates seeking western New York's most hotly contested federal and state office seats in November. They will make their case for the job in a series of televised debates next month.



R News, Time Warner Cable's 24-hour local news channel will host six debates in the final two weeks of October. Each one hour debate will air live at 7 p.m. They can be seen on Cable Channel 9 in Monroe County, Channel 14 across the rest of the region served by TW's Rochester cable division.

I will be serving as moderator of each debate at the R News studios.

Each debate will also be available on demand on Time Warner Digital Cable Channel 108, R News on Demand.

Oct. 22

59^th State Senate District: Kathy Konst (D) and Dale Volker (R)

Oct. 27

55^th State Senate District: David Nachbar (D) and Jim Alesi (R)
